Spring Weekend Outfit Shirt Dress
The weekends are usually crazy for us, especially Saturday with children’s sport games, birthday parties, weekend events, random errands with the husband. We could start the day as early as 8 am and sometimes we don’t get home until dinner time, running around like chickens. Anyway, you get the idea! With spring season in full swing, I have been living in my street sneakers. They are so comfortable, and work perfectly from going from the soccer field to the local farmer’s market. On weekends where I know I have a birthday party or a fun festival at the museum or one of Atlanta’s downtown neighborhoods, I like to still be casual but a little more put together instead of my gym pants or jeans. The perfect spring weekend outfit: shirt dress, no doubt. This dress from Gap is comfortable and it has pockets. Weekend must-haves are pockets and crossover bags since I’m usually need to have my hands free with soccer gear, a child’s hand or flowers of course! Or try a fanny pack! I know what you are thinking. But they are coming back in style. Do you wear hats? I try to wear a hat to cover my face if I know I’m going to be spending quite a bit of time outside in the sun with either a trucker hat or my panama hat. Protect your face from that sun! So so important. It’s the only face you’ve got.
