Cape Cod makes some of the best salt water taffy, and I always make sure to pick up a box when we are there. My favorite place to pick up some is right off of route 28 is Yarmouth, where the taffy is pulled and stretched the old-fashioned way in hand-fed machines. You can see the machines in action behind the glass while you fill up your own box or bag of your favorite flavors. The great thing is you don’t have to travel to Cape Cod to buy the yummy taffy; they sell and ship online. My kids love this place. I think it’s because they each get their own bag, and I let them fill it up with as much taffy as they want. Yes…the taffy is always all gone by the time we get home.
