If you are planning to make a pie this Thanksgiving, an apple pie is always a wonderful addition and a complement to the pumpkin or pecan pie. Truth in our home, we love to have all three pies for our Thanksgiving feast! So one thing that I always do after apple picking month, is I like to make multiple apple pies and freeze them. But if I have the time, I also will make my own pie crusts. I have a couple favorite pie crust recipes I like, but still haven’t quite perfected the pie crust!
